From chubby child to Weight Watchers lifetime member, to derby girl, to injury & way too much time on the couch. Here I am now, bigger than I should be, on a mission to get back down, in a safe & healthy manner. I am working towards Clean Eating (with Tosca Reno's books) and struggling to get activity back in my life. This is my inspiration page for my new journey to a happier, healthier life.

GW: 125 lbs

Current plan is a 1 pound loss per week, which means I can hit my goal by New Years 2013. Slow and steady wins the race. I'm doing this for a lifestyle change, not just a change in my weight.
